
No worries, I did 15km yesterday and will be doing 10 to 15 km today and that should add to my miles this month.
I started running seriously in 2006, after a shock from my doctor that I had diabetes. I have run many marathons since then and have beaten diabetes. My goal is to keep running as long as I am physically able... it is one of the most exhilarating and transformational experiences I have had
