I started running seriously in 2006, after a shock from my doctor that I had diabetes. I have run many marathons since then and have beaten diabetes. My goal is to keep running as long as I am physically able... it is one of the most exhilarating and transformational experiences I have had

Core Workout
I found these exercises to be very useful... they basically work your abdomen and back, I have started doing Rope Yoga which is excellent for the core as well.
