I remember keeping up with Ragnar until the 25th km and we were averaging a pace of 5:24 min/km, which would have been a great race completion pace. I am hoping to better my PB in Berlin in the coming Chicago Marathon. 

I started running seriously in 2006, after a shock from my doctor that I had diabetes. I have run many marathons since then and have beaten diabetes. My goal is to keep running as long as I am physically able... it is one of the most exhilarating and transformational experiences I have had
